Edward De Vismes Drummond-Hay
Crucifix Cross in the chapel is dedicated to
Lieutenant Edward De Vismes Drummond-Hay, Royal Navy. Born on the 19th April 1895 in London to Frederic Edward and Mary Elizabeth nee Stone. He served on HMS Emperor of India and died of ilness in Malta 12th May 1920. He is at rest in Cappuccini Naval Cemetery, Malta. In 1911 aged 16 he was a cadet/student at the Training Ship, Indefatigable, on the River Mersey at Rock Ferry, under the command of Captain A Wellesley-Bremner.
This Crucifix Cross is in the chapel at the Malta Aviation Museum.
