Born 6th June 1910, Blackburn, Lancashire and died 27th May 2000
London Gazette dated 17th January 1950. He was the son of William Edmund and Harriet Bell, nee Rozee who in 1911 were all living at 22 Napier Street, Blackburn, Lancashire. 6th July 1937 he married Annie Walmsley in Blackburn
