Lieutenant Colonel Donald William Tench, H.M. 45th Regiment, (or the Nottinghamshire) Regiment of Foot, later to become (Nottingham and Sherwood Foresters) Born 1809 in Guernsey Island. He was the husband of Martha Georgina. In 1867 as Major he was living at 50 Wood Street, Woolwich, Kent. and in 1871 now married and promoted to Lt Col Royal Artillery, now at 26, Wood Street,
