- D662 Thomas John Edward HILL. Marine 22672 Royal Marine served on HMS Delhi. Born 26 April 1908 at Portsmouth. Enlisted 4 June 1926 aged 17 years 1 month and 9 days, occupation prior to enlistment errand boy. He married Sarah Williams at Plymouth on the 28 June 1929, they resided at 11 Vauxhall Street, Plymouth. Died 19th June 1935 aged 27 years at 5-40pm whilst bathing.
