Victor Douglas Beevis was born on 13 October 1918 and served in Malta as a private during the war, he was my mothers brother, he met and married Maria Concetta Sestito in Zejtun Malta, there was always mention that she was a countesses but the title had lapsed due to non payment of duties or something I never found out. Uncle Vic married Aunty Connie 25 November 1941 in Malta, he died 30 November 1991 and she died 10 August 2008 they are buried together at Margate Queensland Australia.
