Looks like a Pz 35t, and as per the soldiers uniforms looks like early war. Could also be a Romanian R2 or Slovakian Lt vz 35, but as said before, the German uniforms look like early war, so we can rule out that this one could be from when romanians and Slovaks switched sides and used this models against the germans in late 1944.

First time I see this photo, and if anyone could help, it would be good to know where this one was knocked out.
