Private 4130, William WOOTTON, 7th Cheshire Regiment died of Lobar Pneumonia and Heart Failure (Information form his Army Record) 10th February 1916 aged 20 He was the son of Charles and Mary of 39, Rood Hill, Congleton, Cheshire
He enlisted 2nd November 1915 and was stationed at Park Hall Camp, Oswestry
His brother, Frank served as Gunner 228550, Royal Field Artillery enlisted on the 27th September 1916 and was medically discharged from Chester War Hospital on the 28th March 1918 with Chronic Gastritis

Buried in St Peter's churchyard, Congleton, Cheshire

Here is an aerial photo of Park Hall camp in 1964, dont know how much it had changed since William Wooton was stationed there.

 
Actually mate I believe it was completely rebuilt around WW2 time so probably looked nothing like this.
