- BARROW, Christopher Joseph. B.E.M. Died 1st January 1993 aged 62. He was the husband of Kathleen Mary.
He is at rest with his wife in Newchurch, churchyard, Culcheth, Lancashire.
He was called up to do National Service in the army and he was later a volunteer with the local British Legion. This service was recognized by being awarded the BEM by Her Majesty the Queen at Buckingham Palace.
