Charles LIVINGSTONE. Private M2/081014, 621st M.T. (Mechanical Transport) Coy. (Southport) Army Service Corps. Born 1893 Belmont, County Down to George and Isabella Livingstone, of Park Avenue. Dundonald, Ireland. Last place of residence, Glenebor Lodge Strandtown, Belfast. Enlisted 28 April 1915, occupation, chauffeur and posted to the army reserve to await mobilization. 18 December 1916 he was called to the colours at Catterick, Yorkshire. Served in France 1 years and 4 months. Discharged 15 December 1916, being no longer physically fit for war service. Died at his home 15 December 1916 aged 23. His father was granted a war gratuity 5 July 1917 revised 15 January 1920.
