Brigadier 40546 Charles Edward Tryon-Wilson C.B.E., D.S.O., D.L. of Dallam Tower, Milnthorpe, Westmorland

Born 20th September 1909 and was the husband of Cicely Joan. He served with the 60th Rifles, Royal Fusiliers 1930 - 1936 and 1938 - 1942 WW2 He died in 2001 He was born with the surname Tryon, much later to be changed to Tryon-Wilson

This tablet is in St Michael and all Angels church, Beetham, Westmorland, Cumbria
