Lieutenant Colonel of the 2nd Derbyshire Militia (Chatsworth Rifles) which was raised 1855. He held the Office of Groom in Waiting to H.M. Queen Victoria. Husband of Lady, Emily Augusta Lambton.
Born 31st October 1811 and died 11th March 1881 and he is at rest in St Peter's churchyard, Edensor, Derbyshire
