died 3rd May 2010 aged 27.after sustaining injuries in an accident alongside the Nahr-e Bughra canal as a result of the vehicle he was commanding rolling into the canal when the road collapsed.

This memorial is at the National Memorial Arboretum, Alrewas, Staffordshire

He is at rest in Uttoxeter Cemetery, Staffordshire, and commemorated on a Poppy Cross and wreath at Uttoxeter War Memorial, 8th November 2015
