Bertram James McDONALD. Son of Sergeant Major 2186 James and Emily Mc Donald 1st Welch Regiment Born and died at Malta 8th June 1891 aged 7 months and 21 days.

At rest in Pieta Military Cemetery, Malta. Plot 01. Row 14. Grave 10.

His father was awarded the war medal for operations at Gemaizah, Sudan, 1888 and stationed at Malta at that time

There was another child of the family who died, no grave was found for him. Clarence Albert, born and died in Malta 1892.
