Formerly 11709 North Staffordshire Regiment and formerly 31428 North Staffordshire Regiment.
In 1911 residing with his parents and siblings at 45 Mark Street, Hanley, Stoke on Trent. Occupation, Potters apprentice pottery placer.

Commemorated at Thiepval Memorial, France.

Commemorated on a family headstone at

Hanley Cemetery, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire.
