Born 15 May 1915 Boulder, Western Australia to John and Bridget Theresa McMahon of Mount Lawley, Western Australia.
Died at 1845 hours in Heidleberg Military Hospital, Melbourne, Victoria of aplasia bone marrow 3 September 1945 aged 30.
