Arthur Orlando Leopold PARSONS D.C.M.Late Sergeant 66003, Royal Scots and Sergeant 46679, King's Shropshire Light Infantry. Son of James William & Jane, 15 Hawkesdale Road, Waverley Park, London, and husband of Mary Ellen Louisa He was demobilised on the 27th July 1919, recalled on the 3rd November 1919 and transferred to the K.S.L.I. on the 14th March 1920. His son Sgt Henry George, KSLI killed in action at Caen, 1944. His brother Albert Frederick. Cpl 8570, King's Shropshire Light Infantry and Cpl ES/8045, Royal Army Service Corps, survived the Great War.
