Arthur Ernest CANNON. Lieutenant, Royal 22E Royal Canadian Infantry Corps (R.C.I.C). Son of Laurence Arthur and Corinne Fitzpatrick Cannon, and the husband of Helen Mary Cannon, nee Wilkinson of Islington, Ontario, Canada. He was married with permission at 15 Canadian General Hospital, Royal Canadian Army Medical Corps on the 10th May 1943, his wife was working in the hospital. He died of wounds 1st August 1943 aged 24. P5/R4/G8. At rest in Pembroke Military Cemetery, Malta.

Paul Martin COOK. Lance Corporal F/91543, Royal Canadian Engineers. Born on the 15th October 1916 at Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada to William Martin and Irene Cook, husband of Pauline Muriel Cook, nee Hurst of Worcester Park, Surrey. Died 2nd August 1943 aged 27 from a penetrating shrapnel wound to the brain he received in action in Italy. He was married in 1941 in the registration district of Mid Eastern Surrey. P5/R4/G8. At rest in Pembroke Military Cemetery, Malta.
