- Arthur Charles PIKE. Regimental Sergeant Major 1539 Shropshire Yeomanry, formerly Squadron Sergeant Major 15th The Kings Hussars, Born 17 December 1856 to James and Mary Ann Pike nee Collin husband of Florence. In 1871 he was living with his parents and siblings at 6 Caroline Street, Reading. 1911 residing at 3 Bridge Terrace Whittington Road, Oswestry, Shropshire with his wife and children.
He died 8 September 1913 aged 57 and is at rest with his wife in Shrewsbury Cemetery, Shropshire.
Wills and Admin, Ancestry. He resided at The New Market Vaults Claremont Street, Shrewsbury occupation licenced victualler. He died on date stated and his effects went to his wife.
