Extended Description: Flight Lieutenant 686709 Anthony Roger THOMAS, 13 Squadron Royal Air Force, stationed at RAF. Luqa. Born 12th April 1943. Killed in a plane crash 25th March 1969 aged 25 along with Robert George NEWTON The plane Canberra PR( XH130 A, stalled and crashed while on approach to RAF Hal Far, Malta, both instantly killed. He lived with hiswife and family at 1. Inchinnan Flats Sir Michelangelo Refalo Avenue, Balzan, Malta . Dearly loved husband and son. "To give and not count the cost".

At rest in Plot 1 Row 4 Grave 16 in Imtarfa Military Cemetery, Malta.
