Extended Description: Alma Smyly CRAMPTON. Nursing Sister 38613 NZAMNC attached to 3rd New Zealand General Hospital.

Daughter of Major James William and Dorothy Caroline Crampton, of Christchurch, Canterbury, New Zealand.

Died in a vehicle in Italy whilst on active service 20 May 1944 aged 30.

At rest in Bari War Cemetery, Italy.
