Extended Description: Pte 308151, 1/8th King's Liverpool Regiment who died in Flanders 8th July 1917 aged 19. Son of Alexander and Emily of Manchester and brother of Alexander who also fell in 1915

Commemorated on his parents' memorial at Manchester Southern Cemetery,and is buried at Lijssenthoek Military Cemetery, Poperinge, Belgium
