Lance Corporal 24166660 Alfred JOHNSTON, 4th County Fermanagh Battalion. He was killed by remote controlled bomb, hidden in abandoned car, detonated by the PIRA when Ulster Defence Regiment patrol approached, Cherrymount, near Enniskillen, County Fermanagh on the 25th August 1972 aged 31 At rest in Monea Cemetery, County Fermanagh, Northern Ireland.

Private 24166382 James Edward EAMES died in the same explosion

Memorial is at the National Memorial Arboretum Alrewas Staffordshire
