Extended Description
Alfred JEFFERSON. Stoker 1st Class SS107055, Royal Navy on HMS Dragon. Born 27th September 1889 (DoB taken fron Naval Record) Born 1890 at Lythe, Yorkshire to William and Nanney Jefferson who were living (1891) at Lythe Village. Enlisted 13th April 1908, occupation prior to enlistment, coal trimmer. Died 14th October 1910 aged 22 at Royal Naval Hospital, Malta from a brain haemorrhage. His sister was informed of his death 17th October 1910.

At rest in Plot B Grave 194, Capuccini Naval Cemetery, Malta. (Unmarked burial)
