Alfred Frank WORSELL. Able Seaman 193110 Royal Navy on H.M.S. Renown. Died 3 October 1900 aged 21 of enteric fever (Typhoid) at Royal Naval Hospital, Bighi, Malta.
Son of John and Jessie Louisa Worsell, nee Canning. 1881 residing with his parents at 129 Alexandra Cottages, Beckenham, Kent. 1891 with his parents at 36 Parish Lane, Beckenham, Kent

Born 21 November 1879 at Penge, Kent, occupation, plumber. Enlisted as Boy 2nd Class 31 March 1897 on H.M.S. Northampton. Promoted to Ordinary Seaman on H.M.S. Pembroke I 21 November 1897. Able Seaman 18 July 1900 on H.M.S. Cruiser
His sister was informed of his death 11 October 1900.
It can only be assumed that he may have been laid to rest in Capuccini Naval Cemetery, Malta but no record found.
