- COOK Alfred Edward. Major, 9th Australian Light Horse. Died of his wounds, 4th July 1915, aged 45 years. He was the son of Alfred Peter and Rosina Maria Cook, and husband of Mary Frances Cook, of Military Road, Largs Bay, South Australia.
