POUNTNEY, Albert James. Private 203324, 2/8th Worcestershire Regiment died of wounds on the 21st September 1918 aged 34, which he received in action in France. He was the son of George and Sarah and he was the husband of Margaret of 9, Woodfield Crescent, Kidderminster. He was native of Stourport, Worcestershire.
He is commemorated on a family memorial in Kidderminster Cemetery, Worcestershire and he is at rest in St. Venant Communal Cemetery, France.
