SISSEN Albert Ernest. Private, 2606, B Coy., 1/4th, Norfolk Regiment. Died of enteric fever, (typhoid) on the 1st October 1915, aged 19 years. He was the son of Emma Rebecca and Frederic Arnold Sissen, of 40 Edinburgh Road, Norwich.
LIGATE John. Private, 6648, 5th, Royal Scots Fusiliers. He was wounded in Gallipoli and died in Malta on the 2nd October 1915.
MERCER David. Lance Corporal, 482, 1/3rd, Highland Light Infantry, died 3rd October 1915, aged 40 years. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Mercer, of Glasgow, and was the husband of Margaret Kyle Mercer, of 8 Fleming Street, Garscube Road, Glasgow.
