A.05.01 Joseph THOMPSON. Rifleman 134, 1st Rifle Brigade stationed at St Andrew's Barracks, Pembroke, Malta. Born 1886 at St Pancras, London to George and Emma Thompson, nee Adams 1891 residing with mother and siblings at 28 Clarendon Square, St Pancras, London. Enlisted 22 January 1904, occupation, baker. Died 3rd December 1905 aged 19 years. The following were granted a gratuity on the 8 February 1906 - His mother, Emma, brothers David, Mark, Arthur. Sisters, May, Emma, Louisa, Rose and Millie
