- 3.3.23 THOMAS ALBERT LEAGAS. Private 6410606, 6th Battalion, Queen’s Own Royal West Kent Regiment, died 17th August 1943, aged 20 years. Born 1924 in Hackney London to Thomas John (served in the Great war as Private G5388 Royal Sussex Regiment) and Mary Anne Leagas, nee Rolfe. He is commemorated on Audley War Memorial, Staffordshire.
At rest in Plot 2 Row 3 Grave 23 at Imtarfa Military Cemetery, Malta.
