- 2.26.10 Lancaster TODD. Gunner 11496 Royal Garrison Artillery. Born 1875 at Broughton, Cumberland to John and Rebecca Todd nee Lewis. 1881 residing with his parents and siblings at Wood View, Great Broughton. 1891 still residing with his parents and siblings in the same residence. The dwelling was called Wood Side Cottage. Enlisted into the army 3 October 1895, civilian occupation, miner. Died in Malta 24th September 1902 aged 27 years. His father John was granted a gratuity 21 November 1902.
At rest in an unmarked burial in Pieta Military Cemetery, Malta in Plot 2 Row 26 Grave 10.
