Polar & I had a discussion on the Russian varient some months ago. They used a system that was designated (in my day) BM 22 and then changed after I'd left. This looks just like the Sov one.

They look a lot alike, but my info is from FDF website where it's said this system is from Czech Republic and chassis is Tatra.
