@Bombardier Thanks mate, I enjoy reading some kind of context with images, especially those of WW2. I find it gives some idea of place and circumstance and having some info of the why, wherefore of the image for me, brings it "home" and "to life" as it were...while I would prefer to be posting loads of photo's, I also get a kick out of finding out "stuff"
Yep me too mate. When I first started this website it used to frustrate me seeing photos without some explanation but like you it is a buzz when I find the relevant text.
