Admin Page load speed

My apologies for the recent yet brief site downtime, I am working with our server people to address an issue with page loading speed, hopefully the work they have done will speed things up a bit

Mainly has been an issue with loading pages and even the home page / forum list especially in the evening here at GMT+1.

It's up and down for me - slow right now but was fine an hour ago.

It would appear I have managed to defeat the aggressive chinese spider/bots and the addition of 8Gb of RAM seems to have improved things considerably.
Let me know if the same is for you or rather not
