Barrington-Kennett, Basil Herbert

Extended Description
Major, 2nd Grenadier Guards and the Royal Flying Corps, died in France 18th May 1915 aged 30.
Son of Lt. Col. Brackley Herbert and Mrs. Ellinor Frances Barrington-Kennett of 71 Onslow Gardens, South Kensington, London and husband of Rhoda Violet Cecil Barrington-Kennett, of Remenham, Wraysbury, Bucks. His brothers Aubrey Hampden Barrington-Kennett and Victor Annesley Barrington-Kennett also fell.

Commemorated on his wife's memorial in St Mary's churchyard, Barnsley, Gloucestershire and he is buried in Le Touret Military Cemetery, France
