Certainly is mate, couldn't locate any info regarding this particular image though. I always wondered why Blowpipe had the odd shape that it did.......the fins were stowed in the front of the launcher and on firing, the missile passed through the fins which were stuck onto the missile body by heat activated "sticky" panels on the way out of the launcher. It seems to have worked!!
The ShortsBlowpipe is a man-portablesurface-to-air missile that was in use with the British Army and Royal Marines from 1975. It was superseded by an interim design, Javelin, and later the greatly improved Starstreak. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blowpipe_(missile)
