At least two people have been killed in an apparent car bomb blast near the coalition headquarters in Baghdad, witnesses said.
A number of people were wounded in the explosion, which blew a crater in the street and set other vehicles alight.
Passers-by have been tending the injured and ambulances were seen ferrying the victims to hospital.
The so-called Green Zone district has been the target of several attacks, including car bombings.
