Old movie very funny

Just watched an old movie called ‘On The Fiddle’ with Alfred Lynch and Sean Connery made in 1961. It’s about two chaps that are in the Royal Aid Force during the war. However, they don’t want to see any action so they play all the dodges and trick they can to stay away from the front lane. Like all good thing their last dodge finds them on the front line which they defend and get a medal from the Americans for their bravery. Their commanding Officer who was going to goal them for stealing and selling army goods to the French civilians, now has to give them an English medal.

All good British humour which reminded me of some of the things I got up to while I was serving.
