TF Danger Soldiers Find Ordnance
KIRKUK, Iraq – Task Force Danger Soldiers from 1st Battalion, 27th Infantry Regiment discovered a cache of unexploded ordnance near here around 7:30 a.m. May 21.
The Soldiers found 23, 105mm artillery rounds, five 60mm mortar rounds and three fuses.
The cache was transported to a Coalition facility for destruction.
