The rifle you are enquiring about is,a GEPARD M4 (B) Sniper Rifle.Calibre 12.7 mm.

Surprisingly enough, no! This is, to my great surprise, a real rifle. It's a Hungarian 12.7mm sniper job called the Gepard.

The original photo is a bit shitty though, and might well have been "improved" along the way.
