Hi Folks
I collected a few photographs of a training exercise involving the Cape Field Artillery on Saturday the 3rd of November at the East Fort, Hout Bay, Cape Town.
I pity any ships that get in range of these guns.......

Seriously though. This was a two fold firing exercise. It was in celebration of the Cape Field Artillery 150th Birthday, and the opening of the month of the Cape Town Military Tattoo.

The three main uniforms depicted here are Myself in the Castle Guard Uniform, to my left is Denis in the original Cape Artillery Uniform and just visible in between us is Mohamed from the Cape Malay Artillery.
The last photograph was taken by my Daughter Lorraine Best.
