I am not sure if your in the States. The VA generally does not do voc rehab for someone who is 100 P&T. The definition of 100% P&T is unemployable, ie, training will not help. If it did your rating would change or be different.

NOW, the VA does have a livability/quality life program for 100% P&T that is administered through Voc Rehab.

That program does provide money for a Vet to start a hobbie, etc. You have to ask them. I think they will pay for classes, but the goal i not to put you back full time in the work force. Again if your capable of going to work full time, your rating can change. Also, I thin you can work in a limited function and can not earn more than a certain amount of money. I am not sure about that.

That is my understanding, I would get with a Vet Rep, out side of the VA to double check. I have had very good luck with great VA Reps, but I have heard some Vets complain. Also the state that I am in, has a really good Veteran's Department.

American Legion, DAV all have reps too.
