I found these war graves today in middleton, Manchester. The graveyard is next to middleton Parish Church but is council owned and run.
the graves were a bit of a mess so i removed a lot of the overgrowth and weeds.

Good effort, Bombardier, but it's a disgrace that you had to take action. I believe the CWGC rely on local authorities to maintain graves/plots in municipal cemeteries.
I have some similar concerns about a CWGC plot in my area, which was in danger of becoming overgrown. Thankfully, it hasn't got to the stage of those you highlighted. I am monitoring it, though.
