I believe that Russia and China have no plans to replace their huge fleets of Land Rovers any time soon.

No. They won't. Discounting half-arrsed attempts to turn it into an APC, the HMMWV can't do anything that a Land Rover can't do just as well. It's far too big and its engine is a piece of junk; huge, greedy and underpowered. Despite its enormous size it has less space in the back than a LR Wolf. The whole vehicle is too espensive. They p**sed off the locals in Bosnia because in many small towns the streets were too narrow and so an oncoming HMMWV forced the locals to pull off the road.
