u-boat flak attack

I am working on a documentary on German U-boat presence in Canada during WW11 and found a clip of a U-boat shooting flak at an airplane, which we would like to use. This was on the www.Uboataces.com website. I was given the rights to use this by the provider, but need a better quality copy than they have available. Anyone have this, or know where I could get it?

I am interested in the following:
- part of the clip of "Flak Attack on Soviet Aircraft", found on the page
Video Library of the U-Boat War, on www.uboataces.com.

Have you tried the Library of Congress - http://www.loc.gov/index.html . They have video records on file that may have links to helping you find a clip. Also, check out Ancestery.com military links - http://www.ancestry.com/search/rectype/default.aspx?rt=39&o_iid=30795&o_lid=30795 They have video clips of newsreels from WWII and it's not just U.S., but military records from many different countries.
