The families of six UK military police killed by a mob in Iraq are ready to take legal action against the Ministry of Defence, the Daily Mirror reports.
It quotes the brother of one soldier as saying court action is the only way "to get the truth" from the MoD.
The relatives were said to be ready to sue the MoD for corporate manslaughter, claiming the deaths of the Red Caps last June were due to Army blunders.
An MoD spokesman said it had not received notice of legal action.
