A friend of mine visited there last year. He was very impressed with it. He brought me back a T-shirt and hat from the Airborne Museum at St. Mere-Eglise. I wear them proudly.

I am looking forward to finding the time to go there myself and you can be sure that when I do, I will return with hundreds of photos.
I am planning to make my way over to Normandy. I have seen pictures of the Juno Beach centre and pictures of the cemeteries.
The Canadian government is help vet's attend the 60th anniversary events.

A friend of mine has just returned from Normandy, he said it was well worth the trip, lots to see and do. :P
