Here is a little poem I have had in my head for a while. It relates to an actual tribute seen by me. I thought perhaps I would share it today.

A Posy of Poppies

A posy of poppies,
A handwritten card,
An honoured name above.
A father missing,
An unknown grave,
A daughter's message of love.
