In 1951 my Grandpa made a story that our family has laughed at for a long time-
Here's a story from one of my grandads pals, Jack in korea about my papy. While on patrol near the front lines, Grandpa noticed a truck moving down the road at top speed. As the AT man in the squad, he ordered his loader to load the Bazooka( he had used one in WW-2 with the marines). As the truck closed in he noticed it was carrying a small artillery peice on a trailer. He aimed carefully, squeezed the trigger of the bazooka, but nothing happened. Luckly about 50yrds out, the truck hit a pot hole and fliped, killing the driver. as Jack lowered his weapon he checked for the cause of the jam. Turns out his loader had not payed attention and had shoved a C-Ration can into the bazooka!
