New to this subject since my best friend (Law Enforcement Officer) was diagnosed with PTSD.

Chaplain, Look at pointman ministries http://www.geocities.com/~pointmen/ . It is a global Christian Veteran group to help those with PTSD. Also the Veterans Adminstration has information that it gives out on PTSD too. Some of the veterans organizations have info too.
