As always I was looking for something else, when I came across this article.
I thought it would be best to put it under 'military rants' rather than under the 'women and the military' section.

Where ever there is power this is corruption and these people are in a position of power.

Guess it was OK for a previous C-in-C to get a BJ from a subordinate..he wasn't in uniform.
But, there is no excuse for this behavior...period...from anybody.
